Venue
The Meeting will be held at City University London, Northampton Square, a short walk to the north of St. Paul Cathedral. (How to get to Northampton Square see this map. Enter the building number 2 from Northampton Square as indicated by the red arrow on this map. Then follow the signs in the building to room CM320.) The building will be open to participants from Friday 22nd 9am-9pm and on Saturday 23rd 9am-17pm. Tea and coffee will be provided at City University. Other meals and snacks are available in nearby bars and restaurants. (Upper Street has plenty.)

Accommodation
You can either arrange accommodation yourself or ask the local organisers to arrange it for you. We will try to accomodate most people in the Thistle Barbican Hotel, which is a 5 minute walk from City University. In case you wish to find accomodation yourself a useful site is here.

Costs
The Registration fee is £10 and includes the cost of morning and afternoon refreshments during the conference. The evening meal on 22nd will start at 9.00 pm in a local brasilian restaurant (Rodizio Rico, more info at Upper Street 77) and should be paid for at the time of registration if you wish to join. The fixed cost will be £25 including food as much as you can eat and drinks (limited).

Financial Support
The Organisers will be able to cover the overnight local expenses of UK graduate students, and may be able to help with travel costs as well. Anyone wishing to apply for such support should do so via Section 3 of the Registration Form.
