2D geometry operations commands are documented in Sketcher User's Guide. As
such, the information detailed in this section is presented in a Sketcher
context.
You should note that the Sketcher User's Guide
contains images that correspond to the Sketcher workbench and therefore
illustrate geometry in an environment that is different from the Drafting
environment (symbols, background color, for example).
These commands allow you to modify and perform various operations on 2D
geometry.

- Modify Elements Coordinates
- Use the Line Definition dialog box to modify element coordinates.
- Create a corner:
- Create a rounded corner (arc
tangent to two curves) between two lines using trimming operation.
- Create a chamfer:
- Create a chamfer
between two lines using trimming operation.
- Trim elements:
- Trim a line or a circle (either one element or all the elements).
- Break elements:
- Break any type of curves.
- Create symmetrical elements:
- Repeat existing elements using a line, a construction line or an axis.
- Translate elements:
- Perform a translation on 2D elements by defining the duplicate mode
and then selecting the element to be duplicated.
- Rotate elements:
- Rotate elements by defining the duplicate mode and then selecting
the element to be duplicated.
- Scale elements:
- Resize a profile to the dimension you specify.
