Sign Segmentation Project

The Project

What we have done so far:

		created a list of nonsense signs, possible signs and target signs
		filmed these and developed a test using testing software
		tested this on a small number of people in preparation for the main test

Target signs were selected on the basis of:

the phonology ie handshape

            movement
            aperture
            location/place of articulation
            orientation

Nonsense and possible signs were also developed and filmed with the target signs.
